A recipe for delicious and quick pasta in a creamy tomato sauce


  • 350 g of macaroni
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 150 ml of cream 20%
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 st. tomato paste
  • mozzarella
  • Parmesan and basil to taste
  • spices

Cut the tomatoes in half and fry in oil for ~1 minute on high heat.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden.
Meanwhile, boil pasta in salted water until tender.
Then add tomato paste and ~100 ml of pasta water to the pan. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in the cream, spices and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
Add pasta, stir and remove from heat.
Put tomatoes and mozzarella.
If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan and add basil.
