Ingredients:
- 1 kg of new potatoes (medium size)
- 350g of bacon
- 4-5 tbsp. oil
- 1.5 tsp sweet paprika
- 1.5 tsp dried garlic
- salt, pepper to taste
- parmesan and greens
Wash the potatoes, add salt, pepper, spices, oil and mix.
Place in a form lined with parchment.
Bake: 200/40 min
Wrap each potato in
bacon and bake for another 30 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with parmesan and greens.
