Buns with meat and cheese


  • 500g of yeast puff pastry
  • 250g of minced meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • hard cheese
  • salt, pepper, spices
  • oil for frying
  • sesame

Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat.
Add salt, pepper, spices to taste and mix.
Fry in a heated pan in oil until cooked and leave to cool.
Defrost the dough beforehand and divide it into squares.
Put the meat filling and finely grated cheese.
Form triangles, connect the edge with a fork and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, covered with a towel.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake: 200/15-20 min.
