Pasta with zucchini and cheese

  • 150 g of macaroni
  • 150 g of zucchini
  • 200 g of tomatoes
  • 100 g of jam
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • hard cheese to taste
  • salt, pepper, oregano, basil

Preparation:
Fry finely chopped onion on a piece of butter until golden.
Add cubed zucchini, salt, pepper to taste and fry for another 10 minutes.
Remove the skin from the tomato, also cut it into cubes and add it to the pan.
Then add finely chopped garlic, oregano, basil, mix everything well and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
At the end, add boiled pasta and mix.
Sprinkle with grated raw green onion and serve.
